Metal Fabrication Shop
- Press brake and shear for sheet metal and forming up to 1/2” thick and 12’ in length
- Roll sheet metal up to 9/16″ thick and 10′ wide capacity in unlimited lengths for tanks and various cylindrical objects
- CNC plasma machine for cutting sheet metal from 16 gauge up to 1-1/2” thick and mild steel plate sheets up to 6’ x 12’
- Punching capabilities in mild steel for holes up to 1-1/2” diameter, up to 1” thick
- Shearing capabilities for angle iron up to 6” x 1/2” and c-channel up to 6” x 3/8”
- Machining capabilities for various applications
- In-house sandblasting and paint booth circuit to ensure quality control
