Pulleys are a big part of the overall cost of your conveyer systems. When they operate well, they are problem free and don’t cause damage to your belts. Problem-free pulleys lead to problem-free conveying. Weatherization is important in harsh environments. Protecting the bearings from dust or moisture contamination is simplified with our Enviropeel Thermoplastic Coating system. RAM applies high quality IMTECH lagging. Superior to steam-cured (factory) lagging, IMTECH press-cured rubber lagging retains its elastomeric properties over time, ensuring a good grip for years to come.
Trackable Quality
Every repaired pulley leaves our facility with a tracking number so that we can quickly identify all the details of the last repair. This enables you to clearly track when the pulley was rebuilt last and what was done to it.
On location or at our facility
If your pulley needs only new lagging, we are RAM ready to strip, blast and re-lagg the pulley on the conveyor system. If a more extensive repair is needed, we will bring the pulley to our facility for teardown, inspection and rebuilding. You’ll get superior service either way!
